This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Elxire LLC collects when you use elxire.com or contact our studio, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect only the information we need to run our business and reply to you:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects about you.
Where required by law (for example under the EU/UK GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for the newsletter and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and the performance of a contract when you engage us as a client.
Contact inquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the last interaction. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Client project records are kept for as long as our engagement letter and applicable tax law require, typically seven years.
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business — for example our email provider, hosting provider and analytics tools. Each of them is bound by written data-protection terms and only processes information on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to admin@elxire.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act you may request disclosure of the categories of personal information we collect and request deletion, subject to legal exceptions. We do not sell personal information.
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege permissions — to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and treat any incident with the urgency it deserves.
Elxire's services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Significant changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email.
